1. Shipping within India
Shipping Charges: We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden costs at checkout for standard deliveries.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most pin codes. Please check the availability of COD at your specific pin code during the checkout process. Note: Small convenience charges may apply for COD orders.
Delivery Partners: We partner with Delhivery. For remote locations or pin codes not covered by our partner, we ship via Speed Post / India Post.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 8–10 working days.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3–4 working days. In total, please allow 10–14 days for your order to arrive.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and the name of the courier partner(Delhivery). You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.
4. Important Information
Octroi/Entry Tax: Certain states in India may levy Octroi or entry charges. These charges are determined by the local government and are to be borne by the customer. The courier will collect this at the time of delivery.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, contact person, and phone number are correct to avoid delays or RTO (Return to Origin).
Sale Periods: During sales or festive seasons, dispatch times may be extended to 12–15 working days due to high order volumes
Damaged Shipments: If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please record a video of the unboxing and notify us within 48 hours at ragafashion10@gmail.com.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number.
