Cancellations & Returns Policy

At Raga Fashion, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed to be as transparent and straightforward as possible.


1. Order Cancellations

We move fast to get your fashion fix to you!

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of placement or until it has been processed for shipping—whichever comes first.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the package arrives.

  • How to Cancel: Please email us at ragafashion10@gmail.com with your Order ID and the subject line "Order Cancellation."


2. Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase didn't meet your expectations, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all brand tags and labels attached.

  • Free of any scents, makeup stains, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear.

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.


3. The Return Process

  1. Request: Log in to your account or contact us at ragafashion10@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions for pickup.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it. This usually takes 2-3 business days.

  4. Resolution: If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.


4. Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a small restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

We take great pride in our quality control, but mistakes happen! If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the defect and the packaging.

  • We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.


Note: Raga Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. We recommend using a trackable shipping service if you are handling the return shipping yourself.
